ZEST FOR LIFE
The zest for today is so simple IT'S HARD.
YEP IT'S THE HARDEST thing I'm asked to do!! In fact its so hard that I have added something just a little more pleasant for my effort.
See it? Its in the corner in the crystal goblet.......It's WATER.....Drink Up!
And I quote for S. Tourles. "Your brain's weight is more than 70 percent water. If this proportion drops below a certain point, you'll feel tired and headacy." So drink eight glasses or more if you are really active.
This is not knew news to us, we have heard it so often that I think we no longer hear it. Like I said its easy, unless your like me and hang around the coffee pot all day, so its hard for me and because we need to be rewarded for good things we do for ourselves, I suggest that sometime during the week end you get yourself fresh flowers.
It's the first week of 2012 indulge yourself. I got Roses yesterday, they smell great.
